1. How can I receive Updates?

You'll get an email from OchoNet Solutions LLC
whenever a new update for your L.A.B. program is ready for download.To install it, just use the same download link from
your original Shopify purchase; it always points to the latest version.If you ever misplace that link or don’t see the update email, reach out to [email protected] and we’ll help you out. 

2. Can I adjust the Settings?

Yes! You can customize features of L.A.B. by opening the Settings window. Access the Settings Window by clicking the icon of the Main Window in the top-left corner. From there, you can:
    •  Switch between Light and Dark Mode
    •  Adjust the calendar highlight range (1–12 months)
    •  And more!
All changes are saved locally and take effect immediately, no internet connection required. Just hit 'Save' to apply your preferences. 

3. Is there a User Guide?

Yes! Your L.A.B. program includes a built-in User Guide you can access anytime from within the app. It walks you through everything from logging tasks and generating summaries to customizing settings and exporting reports.You’ll find the guide by clicking the Help "?" icon in the top-right corner, under "User Guide...". 

4. Why do the chart labels change on the Date Range summary chart?

Your L.A.B. program adjusts chart labels automatically based on how much data you're viewing. If you're looking at just a few days, the chart will show individual days like “Apr 25” or “Apr 26.” However, if your selected range spans many weeks or months, L.A.B. will group your data to keep the chart readable and avoid overlapping labels. This helps make sure your charts always stay clear and useful no matter how much you have logged.

Yes! We charge an additional fee to modify the program's branding to any desired theme.
